Speed Rows/Rows

50 seconds of work 10 seconds transition.  Complete 4 rounds

Congratulations to todays top performers:

530am: Lynn Tanguay- placed in a tough group, the group actually had to keep up with her. Awesome effort

630am: Holly Richardson- transformation has been dramatic, and her strength is unbelievable

900am: Susan Davis- great workout, pushing her intensity level to the next stage, especially with Sidewinder Push ups and the finisher

500pm: Daniel Stetson- great workout today challenging his own intensity with Frog Squats and kettlebell swings in particular

600pm: Shannon Chapman- great effort, pushed by Aaron all class and responded with great intensity
