20 Burpees

20 DB Snatch per side

20 Kettlebell High Pull

20 Hill Climbers per side

20 Goblet Squats

20 Box Jumps/Jump Squats

20 Pull ups/Jumping Pull ups

20 Frog Hops

20 Atomic Push ups

20 Step ups per side

Try to complete 2-3 rounds in 30 minutes
