Well named workout, and a great workout to suit the warm weather!
20 Kettlebell Deadlift
1 Birch Run/Hill Run
20 Rows
20 High Pulls
2 Birch Runs/Hill Runs
20 Reverse Lunges per leg
20 Jump Squats
1 Hill Run/Birch Run
20 Get up Sit ups
20 Squat Press
20 Swings
20 Frog Squats
2 Hill Runs/Birch Runs
Complete 2 rounds or as many as you can in 30 minutes.
No video today, as I have misplaced my camera again:) I’ll get the video to you as soon as I find it
