Speed Row Push ups x 20
5 Second Hold Goblet Squats x 10
Circuit #2
Burpee Tuck Jump x 10
Weighted Sit up x 15
Romanian Deadlif x 10
Complete as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes. Rest 1 minute then switch Circuits
