Week 4 of our 5 Week session: Bring a friend week.  Thanks to all of the friends that came!

 

Spread the Wealth

1. Kettlebell High Pull Plus x 10

Mountain Climber Push ups x 20

Goblet Squats x 10

2. Single Leg Burpees x 10

Reverse Crunch Plus x 15

Single Leg Deadlift x 10 each leg

10 minutes per circuit.  Rest 2 minutes then hit the other circuit

530am: Brian Simoneau- solid effort today with consistent intensity

630am: Kathryn Kopec- showed strength with high pull and stamina with burpees

900am: Laurel Fortin- very encouraging as always brought the camaradarie and intensity to the workout

500pm: Radha Heath- impresses every day pushing her limits

600pm: Marci Gadwah- poured on the effort throughout the workout and even with the finisher had her game face on
