Spreading the Wealth of Hard Work and Fat Loss
1. Hand to hand Swings x 10
T-Push ups x 15
Split Squats x 10 each side
2. Single Leg Burpees x 10
Bilevel Planks x 10
Single Leg Deadlift x 10 each leg
10 Minutes completing as many rounds as you can. Rest 1 minute and switch circuits
