Great workout tonight everyone, we took a not too bad workout and turned into a memorable one
Circuit #1
Box Jumps/Step Jumps x 10
Push up Speed Rows x 20
Overhead Lunges x 10 per leg
Circuit #2
Burpees/Burpee Tuck Jump x 10
Feet Elevated Get up Sit ups x 15
Kettlebell Deadlift Burpee x10
Complete as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes. Rest one minute then switch circuits.
