Strength, and Metabolic Strength
I’ve had these videos for a little while. I work with two clients of mine who are bootcampers but wanted a little extra, so we meet once a week in a semi-private format. They want to go to the next level in their fitness and with their bodies. Since they both come to bootcamp three days a week, I know that their endurance and their strength is good, but can be better. In a large class format it is difficult with the equipment we have to do some of the things you will see on this video.
Julie and Laura are always willing to accept a challenge making them a lot of fun to work with. Check these videos out: The first two are double battlerope slams. Killer for grip and metabolic strength circuits. Here is Julie and Laura in action:
Next up is Julie doing some tire flips that are at least twice her bodyweight, and Laura finishing up a set of weighted push ups:
Lastly is a killer circuit of Kettlebell rope pulls and sled pushes. Now the weight doesn’t look that impressive but combine that with the friction of the floor and it magnifies the work needed to move the weight. Check it out:
