I haven’t done one of these in a while, so I thought I’d post them.
Got three videos of my strength day today, as I wanted to see what I could do after being away from the heavy weights for a while. I have three videos, first one is weighted pull ups of 90 pounds plus bodyweight so a total of 315 pounds for almost 3 reps. Push Press of 225 and Kettlebell Snatch on each side with 97 pounds.
