1. Kettlebell Swings

Spiderman Push ups

2. Burpees

Single Leg Pull Plank

3. Renegade Rows

Squat Press

4. Jump Switch

Single Leg Reverse Plank

20 seconds of work 10 second rest.  Complete 8 rounds per station, then rest 1 minute.
