Tabata, Bring it!!
1. Kettlebell Deadlift Burpee
2. Sky and Ground Squats
3. Jump Switch
4. Squat Press
20 seconds of work 10 seconds rest. Complete 8 rounds at a station before resting for 1 minute then rotating to the next station.
