Congratulations to the Bootcampers of the Month
415pm: Corinna Lancaster- has overcome doubt in herself to become strong, confidence grows every day and is no longer afraid to push herself beyond her comfort zone and does it daily.
530pm: SaraLee Kimball- similar to Corinna, SaraLee has done a 180 in terms of her mindset and where she is today. She believes she is stronger, and shows it daily physically as well as mentally.
630pm: Mikaela Perry- awesome transformation in her physical appearance. Also has taken on challenge of changing nutrition habits to more supportive options. Another one with a complete 180 in her mindset.
Special Congratulations to Radha Heath for winning the black tshirt this month. Radha has taken her workouts to a new level of intensity as well as pushing those around her. Each class she works out in the intensity overall rises. A quiet leader, Radha leads by example and takes every workout to a new level. Congratulations Radha for pushing and challenging yourself each day.
