Tabata Extra, more work for more fat loss

Side Planks
3. Kettlebell Swings
Hill Climbers
4. Squat Press
Star Jump Burpees
40 seconds of work 20 seconds rest for four rounds

600pm: Denise Ailes- great effort esp with last station pushing herself just a little further
