Tabata Exxtraaaa
Love this one, I know I say that alot but I really like this one:)
This is the workout we did in Derby, St. Johnsbury was a little different
1. Kettlebell Swings
Kettlebell High Pull Burpee
2. Step ups
Burpees
3. Slow Bicycles
Goblet Squats
4. Sidewinder Push ups
Hill Climbers
40 seconds of work 20 seconds rest. Complete four rounds of each exercise before rotating to next station.
