4. Hill Climbers
Prisoner Jump Squats
20 seconds of work 10 seconds rest for 8 sets per exercise

530am: Rebecca Barney- awesome intensity, improving by the day
900am: Brenda Fort- Great intensity throughout workout, awesome start to camp
500pm: Amie Wright- Great effort and getting stronger each class. High focus throughout the workout
600pm: Fawn Letourneau- Solid effort with Squat Press and the finisher tabata
900am St. Johnsbury: Polly Joncas- encouraged fellow campers and pushed her effort level
415pm: Shauna Lewis- great camaradarie with new campers and had a solid performance
530pm: Carla Poirer- consistent solid effort, came to class with her game face on
630pm: Roger Daigle- one arm rows were very impressive, and awesome effort overall
