<p><strong>830am: Jenna Heinrich- very consistent intensity throughout including the finisher.  Her Star Jump Burpees had perfect form</strong></p>
<p><strong>415pm: Abby Smith- very high intensity in tonights workout. Pushed her teammates but also got better herself with endurance and strength</strong></p>
<p><strong>630pm: Peggy Fedele- has made tremendous strides in her stamina as well as strength.  Tonight she just wouldn&#8217;t give up and pushed through her comfort zone.</strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve had these videos for a little while.  I work with two clients of mine who are bootcampers but wanted a little extra, so we meet once a week in a semi-private format.  They want to go to the next level in their fitness and with their bodies.  Since they both come to bootcamp three days a week, I know that their endurance and their strength is good, but can be better.  In a large class format it is difficult with the equipment we have to do some of the things you will see on this video.</p>
<p>Julie and Laura are always willing to accept a challenge making them a lot of fun to work with.  Check these videos out:  The first two are double battlerope slams.  Killer for grip and metabolic strength circuits.  Here is Julie and Laura in action:</p>

<p>Next up is Julie doing some tire flips that are at least twice her bodyweight, and Laura finishing up a set of weighted push ups:</p>

<p>Lastly is a killer circuit of Kettlebell rope pulls and sled pushes.  Now the weight doesn&#8217;t look that impressive but combine that with the friction of the floor and it magnifies the work needed to move the weight.  Check it out:</p>
