The Big Nasty Fat Loss Workout in Bootcamp
Another Dirty Dozen makes its appearance. Man its been a pretty tough session. Almost all of the workouts so far have been Dirty Dozen workouts.
The Big Nasty
Run x 2 or Burpees x35
Rows/Pull ups x 20
Split Squats x 25 per leg
Run x 1 or Burpees x 20
Kettlebell Swings x 30
Prisoner Jump Squats x 15
Kettlebell Deadlift x 24
Push ups x 20
Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes
