Great workout today, I even participated with the 500pm St. Johnsbury crew
50 Hill Climbers per leg
20 Pull ups/1 Arm DB Rows
25 Goblet Squats
20 Frog Hops
30 Kettlebell Swings
24 Step ups
15 Weighted Jump Squats
20 Weighted T Push ups
Complete as many rounds as you can in 30 minutes
Sorry no video today but do have top performers:
900am: Susan Meredith- had great workout, minimized rest and pushed the intensity with weights
500pm: Karen Randall- was always doing something, minimal rest and was always pushing herself to get one more rep in before taking a very brief break.
Also announced another finalist in the Camper of the Year: Joan Huguenin- our oldest camper but you wouldn’t know it by her performance every day. Joan has lost over 36 pounds and defies logic that when you get older you should slow down. Joan is easily a role model for all of us and is the kindest gentlest person you will ever meet.

When you participate, I really push harder-I thought I was with the increase in weight but I didn’t realize until this Friday how I wasn’t really pushing it as hard as I could in non-weight items until we were side by side doing renegade rows–Thanks for the push Ben
I need to stick with Stacy and Mike!!!
