Timed Ladders
Circuit #1
Kettlebell Deadlift
Push ups
Kettlebell Deadlift Burpees
Pledge Push ups
Goblet Kneel to Stand
Frog Hop Push ups
Circuit #2
Speed Rows
1 Arm DB Snatch Weak side
Burpees
1 Arm DB Snatch Strong side
Frog Squats
Squat Press
Circuit #3
Reverse Plank
Feet Elevated Get up Sit ups
Sky and Ground Squats
Jump Switch
Lunge Jumps
Bicycles
30 second per movement, pair up one person does one exercise, you do other. Rest then add two exercises. Repeat until you have completed 3 rounds to complete one circuit.
