Here’s yesterdays and todays  workout:

Yesterday

Baseball

1st Base- Burpee Tuck Jumps x 10

2nd Base- Weighted Jump Squats x 10

3rd Base- Renegade Rows x 10 each arm

Home- Mountain Climber Push ups x 10

Play two games and try to score as many runs for your teams as you can by completing rounds.

Kettlebell Swings

30 seconds work 30 seconds rest.  Complete 20 minutes

Congratulations to top performers:

530am: Joanne Richardson- solid performance, minimized rest and got most out of effort

630am: Nancy Griffith- great effort and performance minimizing rest

900am: Amy Rickman- always a great performance, pushed intensity today

500pm: Dagny Greenwood- had a great performance and stepped out of comfort zone challenging her normal intensity level

600pm: Jody Sylvain- new to bootcamp but ‘gets it’ with pushing her intensity level and never stopped during workout

900am St. Johnsbury- dual winners- Meredith Berry and Radha Heath- worked awesome together pushed eachother

415pm: Rosalie Bowen- second camp and is growing by the day with confidence and strength

530pm: who won?

630pm: Roger Daigle- awesome performance, was challenged and took on challenge

Another Camper of the Year was announced today.  Stacey Pilotte is our longest standing bootcamper.  She has been with us since the beginning in 2006.  Stacey always brings it to every single workout and is a role model for what it takes to get the most out of each and every workout.
