Roll the Dice/Timed Ladders for St. Johnsbury
Roll the Dice
Start each round with Birch Run
1’s- Squat Press x 15
2’s- Weighted Sit ups x 15
3’s- Pull ups x 15
4’s- Kettlebell Swings x 15
5’s- Band Squat Row x 15
6’s- Birch Run x 2
Complete as many rounds as you can in 30 minutes
Todays workout
Tabata
1. Rows/Pull ups
Weighted Jump Squat
2. Kettlebell Swings
Feet Elevated Push ups
3. Hill Climbers
Reverse Crunches
4. Kettlebell Deadlift
High Knees
20 seconds of work 10 second rest for 8 sets.

Congratulations to this months campers of the month:
530am: Lynn Tanguay- great month of camp. Gained a lot of strength and confidence over the past month
630am: Sylvie Corriveau- finalist for black t-shirt award, always pushes her inensity level pushing others around her to work harder
900am: Kathy Beals- long time camper who is a great member to our program. A great person who is a dear friend to us all
600pm: Trish Proctor- finalist for the black tshirt who has been through so much and still has the tenacity to grow as a person in confidence. Not to mention the drastic changes she has made in her strength and inches lost.
Special Congratulations goes to Rachel Robillard for winning the black tshirt for this month. Rachel had a tremendous month and has been long built up to this session. Rachel always has brought the intensity to the workout and this month took that same focus to her nutrition and was able to lose over 9 pounds in three weeks. Other campers are inspired by her intensity and command within the workout and has emerged as a leader in her class. Congratulations Rachel on your success and thanks for being a huge asset to our program.
