50 seconds of work 10 seconds rest, complete all exercises then rest for one minute. Complete three rounds

Jump Squats
Partner up, one partner starts with one rep then other partner does one rep. Then two reps, then three, all the way up to nine. Complete format for all exercises

Congratulations to todays top performers:
530am: Cory Poulin- killer performance today. Great leader and inspiration in class
630am: Nancy Griffith- quiet leader in class and was first to each circuit for the entire workout
900am: Julie Poulin- chose heavier weights for swings, and encouraged others during workout
500pm: Tara Vaculik- great effort in workout and always brings her A game
600pm: Kyle Proctor- great camaradarie and a pleasure to have in class, but also pushes the intensity especially today.
