Four Minute Madness
1. Rows
Bi-level Planks
2. Kettlebell High Pull Burpee
Frog Hops
3. TRX Pike
Single Leg Burpees
4. Split Squats each side
See Saw Press each side
5. Burpees with push up
Speed Rows per side
Four minutes per station performing 12 reps of each exercise. After four minutes rest one minute then proceed to next station. Complete all stations in this format
