Four Minute Madness

1. Rows

Bi-level Planks

2. Kettlebell High Pull Burpee

Frog Hops

3. TRX Pike

Single Leg Burpees

4. Split Squats each side

See Saw Press each side

5. Burpees with push up

Speed Rows per side

Four minutes per station performing 12 reps of each exercise.  After four minutes rest one minute then proceed to next station.  Complete all stations in this format

530am: Amy Jo Morse- great form and effort on TRX Pike as well as rest of workout

900am: Amy Wolfe- great job on TRX Pikes and form was excellent throughout workout

500pm: Katie Hale- TRX was great and pushed the intensity through entire workout.  Great effort

600pm: Ami English- great job pushing herself despite being challenged at every station.  Solid effort
