Thanks to all that attended last nights 3 year celebration.  A good time was had by all.  Those that weren’t able to attend, hopefully you can make it next year.

 

Engine 8

1. Pronated Rows

2. Contralateral Push ups

3. Kettlebell High Pull Plus

4. Rest

5. Cross over Hill Climbers

6. Unilateral Squat Press

7. Squat Hold

8. Rest

50 seconds of work 10 seconds rest.  Complete 3 rounds

530am: Cory Poulin- great effort and pushed intensity and weight esp with Unilateral Squat Press

900am: Lisa Cordeau- took her workout to the next level today, awesome work

500pm: Elysia Conley- put together the key combination of intensity and effor and camaradarie and encouragement

600pm: Steve Clark- great effort, getting back to where he was before his break and is great to see.
