Welcome Back Campers
After a week off it was great to get back into the swing of things. Great workouts had by everyone tonight and we started off the session with a camper favorite, Roll the Dice.
Start each round with 30 Burpees
1′s- Rows/Pull ups x 15
2′s- Kettlebell Deadlift Burpee x 15
3′s- 5 second hold Push ups x 15
4′s- Ben’s Choice x 15
5′s- Saw Planks x 15
6′s- Valslide Reverse Lunges x 15 each side
Complete as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes
