Back at it today to start the last session of the year, and we’re going to end with a bang

4. Prisoner Jump Squats
Single Leg Deadlift Reaches
20 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest. Complete 4 rounds then rest for 1 minute

Congratulations to todays top performers:
530am: Chris Rickman- solid performance we’ve come to expect, today had another signature workout
900am: Julie Poulin- excellent effort and consistency throughout entire workout
500pm: Katrina Labounty- pushed her effort in the main workout AND maintained it through the finisher
600pm: Shannon Chapman- developing confidence in herself and realizing her strength
900am SJ: Jenny Ryan- started off session on right foot by pushing her intensity and great improvement on push ups
415pm: Sara Lewis- awesome effort and pushed fellow campers to a new intensity level
530pm: Paula Ducharme- awesome effort on box jumps, burpees, and finisher portion of workout
We also announced several other Camper of the Year Candidates:
530am: Chris Rickman, Cory Poulin- both take the entire class to another level. They’ve been pushing eachother since day one and have not missed a beat since.
900am: Amy Rickman, Laura Laramee- both challenge themselves daily and are great community members. They, like Chris and Cory, bring the entire class to a new intensity
500pm: Rachel Robillard- had grown by leaps and bounds since day one and is now looked to as a leader and motivator. Radha Heath and Meredith Berry- another dynamic duo that kills each and every workout they encounter. Their intensity is second to none
