Welcome back everyone, this is going to be a killer month with a Challenge thrown out: Derby vs. St. Johnsbury.  Who can lose the most inches in 4 weeks…more to follow.

Fight Gone Bad

1. Rows

2. Squat Press

3. Burpees

4. Kettlebell Swings

5. Push ups

50 seconds of work 10 second rest and transition.  Rest 1 minute after completing all five stations. Repeat 3 times

Congratulations to todays top performers:

630am: Dawn Stone- great effort today pushing through workout as well as the finisher portion where she really shined

900am: Anne-Marie Boushel- turned in a great workout today but also helped newcomer with warm up and exercise flow.

500pm: Meridith Berry- Aaron pushed and she responded to the challenge. 

Nykea Williams- Responded to the challenge and had an amazing workout

 

From Tuesday

415pm: Sara Lewis- tremendous effort and great intensity from beginning to end

530pm: Paul Snider- had a great workout.  His intensity was at a new level he hasn’t been at in a while.  Great to see.
