Welcome back campers and welcome to some new faces.  Lets get right to it.

Tabata

Goblet Squats

Push ups

Speed Rows

Burpees

20 seconds of work 10 seconds rest.  Complete 8 consecutive sets of one exercise before resting for 1 minute.  Repeat for all exercises

600pm: Kim Rowell- great effort throughout entire class today, great attitude and consistency

415pm: Cindy Stone- solid performance after returning from holiday break.

530pm: Jackie Young- great effort. Pushed entire class to another level
