Welcome back campers, hope you enjoyed your short time off. This session is a long one, 5 weeks so there will definately be a lot of quality work done. Today was a great start.
Fight Gone Bad
1. Kettlebell Swings
2. Step ups
3. Renegade Rows
4. Frog Squats
5. 5 Second Hold Push ups
50 seconds of work 10 seconds transition. Rest 1 minute after completing a round. Complete 4 rounds

Congratulations to todays top performers:
530am: Karen Chitamber- great effort this morning, minimizing rest and was consistent with this effort
630am: Sylvie Corriveau- awesome intensity but more importantly very encouraging to the entire group.
900am: Laurel Fortin- very encouraging to the group and pushed her own intensity from beginning of class to the end of class.
500pm: Bobbi-Jo Bickford- great workout tonight. Challenged herself with not only weight on swings but also with reps.
600pm: Mollie Switser- great intensity tonight and pushed her comfort zone more than last session. Great work
