Welcome Back Campers and welcome to new campers, this is going to be an amazing month.

Fight Gone Bad

1. Kettlebell Swings

2. Double Kettlebell Squat

3. Double Bent Over Rows

4. T-Push ups

5. Sky and Ground Squats

50 seconds of work 10 second transition.  Rest 1 minute after completing a round.  Complete 4 rounds

530am: Karen Chitamber- excellent workout from beginning to end.  Pushed weight and had a personal best on Kettlebell Swings

630am: Kristen Grenier- excellent performance, pushing herself to the limit

900am: Theresa Vezina- awesome effort from beginning to the end of the workout.  Really took it to the next level today

500pm: Kay Badan- great effort with weight and consistent effort.  Great start to the session

600pm: Karen Labree- great effort, minimized rest periods and pushed the intensity level from round 1 to round 4.

Tuesdays Top performers:

415pm: Shannon Collins- terrific effort and killer camaradarie with others in class.  She pushed her own pace and encouraged others to stay with her.

530pm: Krystal Ingalls- tremendous effort and intensity from beginning to end of the workout.
