World Series of Weight Loss
Baseball is a classic and like Deck of Cards, one of the favorites of bootcampers. We had some stiff competition today in all classes. Lots of fun!
1st Base- Burpees x 10
2nd Base- Jump Squats x 10
3rd Base- Reverse Crunch Plus x 10
Home- T-Push ups x 10
Complete as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes. When you complete a round mark a run on the board for your team. Team with the most runs at end is the winner!

900am: Polly Joncas- very encouraging to fellow campers and had a tremendous effort
415pm: Jill Grims- killed todays workout. Was the first one in class to tally run for her team and maintained that consistency throughout the entire workout.
630pm: Lucie Gaboriault- like Jill, was first in class to mark run and maintained that consistency, to add her form was stellar
