Yesterday and Today Bootcamp Workout
Thanks Erica for filling in yesterday!
Except for the 900am St. Johnsbury camp which did Dakotas Destiny, everyone else did Every 2 for 20 and here it is:
High Pull or Snatch L and R x 5
Push ups x 10
Kettlebell Swings x 10
Squat Press x 5
Set timer for two minutes and complete above circuit as quickly as you can. The time left over is your rest. When the timer beeps two minutes, repeat. Complete ten rounds sor 20 minutes

415pm: Mo Laramee- awesome camper who has great camaradarie but also pushes the intensity within the workout
530pm: Jackie Young- great encouragement to the group as well as a new level of intensity
