1st Base- Sky and Ground Squats x 10
2nd Base- Squat Press x 10
3rd Base- Weighted Sit ups x 10
Home- Kettlebell Deadlift Burpee x 10
Complete as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes and play two games

50 Sky and Ground Squats
40 Goblet Squats
30 Kettlebell Swings
20 S/L Deadlift per side
10 Tuck Jumps/Box Jumps
25 Burpees with Push ups

20 S/L Deadlift per side
30 Kettlebell Swings
40 Goblet Squats
50 Sky and Ground Squats

Monday
530am: Amy Jo Morse- pushed a little harder today than normal, which is a feat in itself because she always works very hard.
630am: Kathryn Kopec- awesome effort this morning, pushing the pace from the very start to the very end of the workout
900am: Anne-Marie Boushel- great intensity. Had her game face on today and pushed hard through the workout
500pm: Peggy-Sue Pomerville- pushed her team to win both games of baseball, great leadership
600pm: Emily Hazard- killed the workout today, first one done each round and killed the finisher
Tuesday
415pm: Jess Applegate- great workout today pushing partner in finisher portion of workout.
530pm: Heidi Broe- pushed partner in finisher workout and got everything out of each exercise today
630pm: Hallie Stinehour- has some of the best form in all of bootcamp, and mixed that with high intensity today; awesome performance
