I’ve had a lot of questions about our Camps so I put together this post to help answer any questions you may have.  Registration starts now and runs until 7 days prior to the start of the camp you are signing up for!

What are Youth Fit Camps?

Youth Fit Camps are a week long camp that teaches children how to move their bodies through exercise, games, drills, and coaching specific to the child’s needs.  When we say child’s needs, we are referring to their development and what is appropriate for them.  Our program is designed to target those needs developmentally so that children can move with confidence and be more active long term.

Through the use of drills and games that children will enjoy and will provide an effective training result, youth are able to build their confidence with physical activity that is not the typical gym class which is often isolating children who are skilled versus needing more in depth assistance.  Our program encourages all children, athlete and non-athlete alike.

Who can participate in these camps?

Any child may participate in our Youth Fit Camps.  We have a schedule set up so that specific age groups will have their camps specific weeks.  The schedule is as follows:

June 20th-June 24th Ages- 3-5

June 27th- July 1st Ages 6-9

July 11th- July 15th Ages 10-13

July 18th- July 22nd Ages 14+

Class time will be dependent upon the day but will start anywhere between 10am and Noon every day.

How much does the Youth Fit Camp Cost?

Registration for our Youth Fit Camps are $75 per child

Family Discount for families of two or more participants $60 per child

Other Things you should know

Camp Size will be limited to 10-12 participants

All classes will be held at our Lyndonville Bens Bootcamp Location (1057 Broad Street above Shear Sensations)

Each participant will  also receive a t shirt and a water bottle

Registration Deadline for Camps is  7 Days prior to the start of a Camp
