Quick scheduling note: Tomorrows fundraiser for Haitian Relief was originally scheduled for 10am has been moved up to 830am. I know a little earlier but still a great cause so hope to see you all there
Four Minute Madness
1. Rows
Jump Squats/Russian Twists
2. Kettlebell Swings
High Knees
3.Step ups
Burpees
4. Push Press
Speed Rows
5. Sprints
Get up Sit ups
4 Minutes of work performing 12 reps for both exercises. Rest one minute after four minutes of work.
